The only thing that isn't translated in the beginning is the character selection background images that presumably read out the words "Boy" or "Girl." But it also shows an image of the character you're choosing, making it completely unnecessary. Certainly nowhere near the level of trash of Hollow Fragment's utterly broken translation.Īs far as the beginning not being fully translated goes, that's not true, either.
In some cases, there are even sentences that I would consider to be rather "complex," seeing as it's a rushed Chinese-English translation, which was nice to see. But other than that, it's a solid translation - the dialog is easy to follow, and there's nothing jarring in the text that would pull you out of the game.
The only obvious things that stick out are minor typos (which are few and far between), and mild text alignment issues. Sure, it isn't perfect, but I haven't found any major grammatical errors yet. I've been playing this for a little while now, and I have to say this translation is surprisingly well done - definitely not "broken" in any sense of the word. I completely disagree with what /u/xness151x told you.
